AlpineAccess.com Business Opportunity Overview
Company URL: http://www.alpineaccess.com
Alpine Access is an online call center outsourcing company that hires people from USA and Canada. It offers a unique way for people to work at home as call center agents. They don’t have to leave their homes to get a full-time work. Alpine Access is said to be one of the best places to find a full-time job, while looking for other opportunities. Alpine Access currently serves dozens of corporations such as Internal Revenue Service, Office Depot, and J.Crew.
Since it was established in 1998, Alpine Access has handled everything from client management up to employee recruitment, all using the Internet. Once an employee submits their application, Alpine Access will schedule a follow-up phone interview to complete the recruitment process. The reason why Alpine Access continues to become one of the best outsourcing call centers is because it helps companies to reduce the costs of maintaining in-house employees.
Reviewed Advantages of AlpineAccess.com
Working from home offers a lot of advantages. It’s always casual day if you work from home! Unlike working at a regular call center, you don’t have to go through the hassle of commuting and office-induced stress. You can continue to work in comfort of your own home without dealing the everyday challenges of the office.
Alpine Access is a company that works with different time zones across the nation, so you don’t have to worry about forcing yourself to wake up early and stay up late. You’ll be given the chance to set your own schedule, allowing you to continue doing the things that you normally do without having conflicts with your work schedule. Aside from being able to set your own schedule, you also won’t have to worry about following dress codes, helping you save money on shopping and dry cleaning bills.
Reviewed Disadvantages of AlpineAccess.com
Although Alpine Access may help you save money in some areas, your salary will not be comparable with people who are working at regular call centers. As a matter of fact, there are several work-at-home opportunities that will make more money with less effort and stress. Due to the high demand of work-at-home call center agents, many more corporations are looking at Alpine Access as their best option for hiring people. Since there are fewer applications, Alpine Access has no other option but to distribute the additional workload to their current employees.
Aside from working more than your mandatory working hours of at least 10 hours a day, you must also keep a regular schedule during holidays. There are a lot of Alpine Access employees who tell us that they are scheduled to work during Christmas and New Years. What can be worse than working at home while everyone is having fun together with their family and friends?
On top of all these disadvantages, you’ll also have less room for growth. Although there you technically have a supervisor, the chances of you recieving a promotion or being noticed by your higher-ups is impossible. The only time that they’ll notice you is when you’ve made a mistake, not when you’ve exceeded expectations or been consistent. You’ll be stuck working in your base position with Alpine Access forever without a chance to go up the corporate ladder, even if you have the skills to succeed.
AlpineAccess.com Review – The Weigh In
Alpine Access is a unique way to get a full time work. Unfortunately, it is not your ideal work-at-home job. It will help you find a full-time position without leaving your home, but it doesn’t offer the real perks of “work from home”. Things like working less while making more money, unlimited room for growth, and being your own boss. There are a lot of other work-at-home opportunities that will allow you to work part-time while making more than what corporate executives are making. Alpine Access is a good way to find a full-time position, but it is definitely not the optimal opportunity it claims to be.
