Here is the great news…The law firm has already talked to the SEC and the NC DOJ. On Thursday, Robert got a call from one of our attorneys regarding the conversation that he had with the SEC. Here is what he said:
The SEC acknowledged that there are a couple of problems with the case against Zeek Rewards and Rex Venture group. Here are the problems:
1 We (the SEC) are not able to find a victim in this case. We are not able to find anybody at this time that has been harmed by Zeek Rewards.
2 We (the SEC) are having a hard time finding a security. In the complaint, it said that Zeek was selling securities and was an investment scheme.
Based on their (the SEC) new knowledge of the Zeek Rewards business model, they are having a hard time moving forward in making their case. And they are now looking for a path or way to back out of this.
I’ve invested a thousand in zeekreward…which is not alot but just mad at myself for begin a no brainer only if I have any common sense. Its too good to be true by making money just with a few click on your phone and get money in return?

I just like to say that this is a devasting situation. I have a couple of friends who were involved in this, and did not just put a little money in this scam. One friend put a total of 18,000 into this program and the other put 5,000 into it. One one friend was planning on quiting her job, and buying a house cash in here 365 days in the program. They keep trying to get me to get involved, and how it was a great ivesment. Things would just keep coming up to where I was never able to meet up with them to join. I thank God for protecting me from this scam because their are people out there who put their life saving into this trying to make a fast buck. It was just to good to be true. I just pray for the people who are involved in this and pray they get their money back. As hard as times are for people around the world no one has money to throw away on some scam. Invest in IRAs or something that is going to show you some honest return on your money that is not a scam.
Where’s that faggot that was acting so aggressively and defending zeeks? He gave great reviews and defended the company like crazy. I just wanted to say he’s a faggot. He said that zeek was not an investment, but only paid subscription. Of course he will defend them cuz he’s on top. The truth is that zeek is an investment. They just didn’t want to say investment cuz they didn’t want to pay the taxes like what you would pay in stocks and all. If i find him, i’ll cuss him out.

When I had 2 clients come in in the last 6 months that had put money into zeek I told them that this was nothing more than a ponzi scheme. They both got angry at me when I advised them to get their money out asap because the early bird gets the worm in ponzi schemes. They both said that this was the best investment opportunity they had ever seen because they were going to have $10000 a month coming in very soon. Its the old addage “if the return on your investment is too good to be true its going to be some form of ponzi scheme.

I would say that all of you posting here have been taken to the cleaners and will likely lose everything you put into this company. Try putting your efforts into legit businesses that provide real products and services that customers want.

Zeek has closed and will not re-open i feel for all if you have invested a lot into the business, hopefuly you will get back your funds although this may take some time if a tall. Just like to say don’t give up there are a lot of good businesses out there so keep going.

Sorry, anything that boasts subscriptions, has a 90 day “wait” period before “cashing out”, and uses terminology like matrixes, uplines, affiliates/referrals, is most likely a scam/ponzi scheme. You should beware any language like this.
Also, look for signs that a company is not producing any tangible goods or services. If they don’t provide anything, chances are, they’re just taking money.
Stick to legitimate investing.

I wanted to fast track and got started at the $260 00
And I bought $200.00 of the shopping mall
